Redishred Capital Corp. has adopted a Whistleblower Policy to encourage individuals and businesses to report any harmful activity without fear or retribution.  The Whistleblower Policy underscores Redishred's commitment to operating under the highest standards of accountability and transparency.All information submitted will remain confidential.  Your personal information will only be accessible to the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Robert G. Richardson.The goal of the Whistleblower Policy is to:

1. Encourage employees, advisors, individuals and companies who do business with Redishred Captial Corp. its affiliates to report possible violations of law, accounting irregularities and other suspected wrongdoing.
2. Provide a confidential channel to report such activity
3. Discourage illegal activity and illegal business conduct
4. Protect Redishred's name, business interested and its relationships with employees, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, customers and community at large
