Robert M. Crozier, Chief Executive Officer

Robert Crozier became the Chief Executive Officer of Redishred on August 14, 2009 after serving as a board member of the company since its incorporation on October 18, 2006. Mr. Crozier has spent almost 30 years in the commercial cleaning industry in Atlantic Canada. In 1994 Mr. Crozier became the owner of Atlantic Building Cleaning Limited and its various subsidiary companies.  As President and Chief Executive Officer, Atlantic Building Cleaning grew to become the largest commercial cleaning enterprise in Atlantic Canada, with over 900 employees. The company was purchased by Empire Maintenance Industries of Montreal in 2005, and since that time Mr. Crozier has served as the Vice-President for Atlantic Canada.

John C. Prittie, President

John Prittie became the President of Redishred on August 14, 2009 after serving the company as Chief Executive Officer through its public offering and first year and a half of operations since March 17, 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Prittie was the President of Professional Shredding Corporation from September 2004 to March 2008. Since July 1997 Mr. Prittie had been President and Chief Executive Officer of Heron Capital Corporation, and since November 2004 he was President of PMP Corporation and TMT Franchising Corp., two other franchising businesses which were controlled by Heron Capital Corporation. He was also Vice President of Franchise Development for Shred-it from April 1993 to May 1997. Mr. Prittie obtained his Master of Business Administration from University of Windsor in 1980.

Jeffrey I. Hasham, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Hasham became the Chief Financial Officer of Redishred on March 17, 2008.  Prior to that, Mr. Hasham was the Vice President of Finance of Professional Shredding Corporation and TMT Franchising Corp. from March 2005 to March 2008. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Hasham was Vice President of Finance at World Vintners Inc., in Markham, Ontario, Canada. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Hasham was the Chief Financial Officer at Mini-Tankers USA, Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Hasham received his MBA degree from McMaster University in 1996 and his CA designation in 1999.

Timothy J.L. Tibbs, Chief Operations Officer

Tim Tibbs became the Chief Operating Officer of Redishred on March 17, 2008.  Prior to that, Mr. Tibbs was the Executive Vice-President Operations for Professional Shredding Corporation and TMT Franchising Corp. from September 2004 to March 2008. Mr. Tibbs was previously Director of Business Development for Mini-Tankers USA, Inc. from September, 1999 to April, 2004. Prior to that Mr. Tibbs was Director of Operations for Shred-it from April, 1994 to September, 1999. Mr. Tibbs received an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University.

Mark J. MacMillan, Executive Vice President Development

Mark MacMillan is President of Shredco Limited, Shredpro US Limited and MacMillan Holdings Inc. Mr. MacMillan’s extensive experience in the document destruction industry began in 1990 when he obtained a franchise to operate a document destruction business in Nova Scotia under the Proshred trademark from a former franchisor. Mr. MacMillan grew this operation into a successful document destruction business in Nova Scotia, prior to selling it to  Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) in 2004. Previous to selling his Nova Scotia operation, Mr. MacMillan started a Franchise in Tampa, Florida which he currently co-owns. He has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Redishred since its incorporation on October 18, 2006.
