Jeffrey I. Hasham, Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey I.Hasham was appointed Chief Executive Officer on April 1, 2011.  From March 2008 to March 2011, Mr. Hasham served as Redishred’s Chief Financial Officer. From March 2005 to March 2008 Mr. Hasham served as Vice-President of Finance for Heron Capital Corporation and its two franchise brands Two Men and a Truck Canada and Proshred Security. Mr. Hasham also serves on the Board of Directors for The ALEA Group Inc., a leading Canadian marketing and lead generation company. Mr. Hasham volunteers as a mentor with JVS Toronto, under the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council’s mentorship program for possible and newly landed immigrants.  Mr. Hasham obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1999, received his Masters of Business Administration degree from McMaster University in 1996 and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto in 1994.

John C. Prittie, President

John Prittie became the President of Redishred on August 14, 2009 after serving the company as Chief Executive Officer through its public offering and first year and a half of operations since March 17, 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Prittie was the President of Professional Shredding Corporation from September 2004 to March 2008. Since July 1997 Mr. Prittie had been President and Chief Executive Officer of Heron Capital Corporation, and since November 2004 he was President of PMP Corporation and TMT Franchising Corp., two other franchising businesses which were controlled by Heron Capital Corporation. He was also Vice President of Franchise Development for Shred-it from April 1993 to May 1997. Mr. Prittie obtained his Master of Business Administration from University of Windsor in 1980.

Kasia M. Pawluk, Chief Financial Officer

Kasia Pawluk was appointed Chief Financial Officer on April 1, 2011. From October 2010 to March 2011 Ms. Pawluk was Manager of Finance and Administration for Redishred Capital Corp.  From September 2007 to October 2010 she was a Senior Accountant in the Audit and Assurance practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Ms. Pawluk obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2010 and her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 2007.

Andrew W. Parry, Vice President Operations

Andrew W. Parry was appointed Vice President Operations on April 1, 2011.  From March 2008 to March 2011, Mr. Parry served as Director of Marketing and Training for Redishred following the company's initial public offering. From March 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Parry was the Manager of Marketing and Training for Heron Capital Corporation and its two franchise brands Two Men and a Truck Canada and Proshred Security. Prior to that he spent time with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Microsoft Corporation, Bell Mobility and technology start-up B-Wyze Solutions in sales and marketing leadership capacities.  Mr. Parry earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Lauier University in 2002.
